What are the most dangerous "acts" in a meeting?

The following acts should be avoided:
1.Keeping quiet in the meeting when others contribute.
2.To say openly I don't know when urged to contribute in the meeting.
3.To keep on excusing to bathroom.
4.To keep on critizing negatively and not giving your opinion.
5.To be emotional,answering with a disrespect.
6.To raise irrelevant issues in the meeting.

The dangerous acts which may be committed by the management.

1.Not supplying  an itenary  say 3-5 days before.
2.Not allowing the  members contribution 
Each member must get two  copies.The first copy had to have the Agenda.The second one should allow the member to contribute and be submitted 3 to 5 days to the management.
3.The management should not avoid issues be serious or not serious or seen as
useless or irrelevant.
4.The  members  should be allowed to contribute and be given satisfactory answers if there  are no answers,the members should be told that the management will try to find answers.
5.Don't allow the issues to overlap or leave
them hanging.
6.The last Big issue  which is the mother of all is to be honest and encourage the members to be sincere.
