-The Creative part means you either brings interesting initiatives or stagnancy.
It is difficult to satisfy everyone.Thats why you must be a student in your business.
I mean "open your eyes" from the local media and just visit your compety and find out what are they
doing and learn from their actions.

-Big one and get two.
-Competitions
-Loyal Programs those who are constant buyers and get more discounts
-Involved yourself in community projects.Projects like donating sports kit and other popular local
Sports.
-Extra promotion like you bring a client who will buy you get 5 items of grocery not more than  $200

Timing 
You  must understand your clients
1.In which part of the week,month where they actively buy.
2.When do you promote your products.
3.Buying Power of your clients.
Are your clients live on grants or they live on high
expenditure.
That will determine the pricing
