-To find  the past of the business
-To get more clients
-To find the support structures
-To find, understand the financial feasibility of his/ her Department for Projects.
-The  Creative ways to be relevant.

Those are basic pillars of any business analyst. In addition from what has been
said,the following support systems are
very important:
-Attitude
-Determination
-Consistemcy
-Resourceful
-Effective Decisions
-Relevance

Let's first discuss the Business Analyst duties into details:
1.To find the client Behaviour
The client Behaviour differs from age groups. From clothes to technology. You must target, invest to the specific group and seize the opportunity which may grow.

2.The  pace of the Business
When is the business active?
Usually the November-December times are good  for  few businesses  because people are in the mood of spending.

3.To get more clients
Any business aims to get more clients.
Any Internet business aims at paying Subscribers. The Big and Final strategy is how do you do it.We have not explore  a
thoroughly study of how  to access that
section.
My posts are trying very hard to give you strategies of getting more subscribers.

4.To find the support structure
The support structure pillars are Internet,
advertising, research and the future of the
Business.

5.Financial feasibility
I compare the financial feasibility to an engine of a car.A good engine makes the company to move further. At the same time
the finance must be intelligently planned
whereby you plan for short, medium and longl term.Otherwise poor  financial planning can cost someone his/her job.

6.Creative ways
Creative ways mean what do you  bring to the table. It must be new, different, exciting and better than your competitors. That will bring more clients and moreover you will be admired by your colleagues

Basic Pillars
1.Attitude
Attitude is the foundation of any progress.
It binds the  Business Analyst,Seller, Buyer
 who make final choice.

2.Determination
Your commitment depends on the level of
your Determination.Simply, means  if you are serious, people become serious too.
Its a simple maths.

3.Consistency
Clients want you to be consistent supplier,
pricing and clear scope especially for Internet subscribers. When the clients dwindle, the subscribers become lesser and lesser.Find the reason behind dwindle.

4.Resourceful
How helpful to your colleagues, clients and
the company as a who.Do you have any
material, emotional motivations?

5.Effective Decisions
By effective decisions I mean
1.Are your Decisions implemented?
2.How many Decisions are giving the positive results?
3.How many Decisions are bringing the undesired results?
4.How can you promote,motivate the
Successful idea?
5.How to plan for the Future?

In order to be effective you must take note of
1.Planning
2.Selling the idea
3.Target a specific group with a financial muscle.
4.Timing.

Each of the Decisions needs a Meeting
e.g Planning
1.Each topic needs its own Meeting which
can take 1-2 hrs
2.Allow the Ideas to pour in
3.Robustness should be the order of the day.
4.Respond honestly to comments and questions.
5.You must have what we call  Parameters Discussions.

The next Meeting should be on
1.Followups
2.Progress
3.Successes
4.Obstacles
5.Future Implementations

Make sure that the Planning Phases are
complemented and solved.That can take
3 to 4 meetings. Then you can pass to the
Selling Idea.Same procedure.

It may happen your Sales team does not
respond readily.Find some ways of involvement like
1.Give them a homework of how can they find new clients.
2.Put a Price of any person who will be able to give the workable, implementable
Ideas will get the voucher.
3.The Time Frame of bringing such ideas can be 3 to 4 days or at least two weeks.
4.Once these ideas are submitted the
Management must discuss the practical
side in relationship to the company resources.

The Big Questions are,Who will pay for the
Vouchers. What kind of Vouchers and how
many vouchers?
The possibilities are
1.The Company or depending the size of the company.
2.The Business Analyst can donate the smallest drinks of Coca Cola or Fanta or Soda water at a cost of R100 to R200
3.At the end of this exercise, don't forget
the Barbacue as part of Motivation and Thanking your "crew".
