Every business has the Right Season.How do you know whether you are in the Right Season or not? Most People will tell you that if you get the continuous Profit, you are in the Profit margin.The Dry Season is when you don't have Profits and you are swimming in the pool debts and you are failing to keep your business running.
What to do when you are in the Dry Season? Scale down the supply, don't increase the Prices but instead slash them and create a Loyal Program which will keep the Loyal Customer to you who will be your business backbone.Try to find the other markets.The expansion should be limited.
What to do in the Profit Season? Do not be excited and dictated by high profits instead live your normal Life.The "surplus" should be saved for Dry Season.Don't be fooled by abnormal Profits.
Client base. Client base includes Loyal Programs, Sponsorship in the local sports, community literacy, competition,buy now pay later(only the screened)free vacations,vouchers. All what I said aimed at increasing your clients and profits.
