Every business has the Right Season.How do you know whether you are in the Right Season or not? Most People will tell you that if you get the continuous Profit, you are in the Profit margin.The Dry Season is when you don't have Profits and you are swimming in the pool debts and you are failing to keep your business running. What to do when you are in the Dry Season? Scale down  the supply, don't increase the Prices but instead slash them and create a Loyal Program which will keep the Loyal Customer to you who will be your  business backbone.Try to find  the other markets.The expansion should be limited.
